IPTV Blocked by Your ISP? Here’s the Fix + List of Blocking ISPs [2024]

ISPs Blocked

Hello IPTV Promotions users,
We have been receiving numerous emails and tickets from customers reporting issues such as service not working, invalid details, playback errors, and other related queries. However, after communicating with our customers, we have identified that the root cause of these problems is not from our end but rather from their Internet Service Providers (ISPs) blocking their connections.
Before opening a ticket or sending us emails, we urge you to check if your ISP is blocking IPTV services. To help you with this, we have compiled a list of well-known ISPs that are known to block various IPTV services, including ours. Here is the list:

• Rogers NB & NL ON
• BT Internet
• SHAW Internet
• Telus Internet
• GLO FOBER
• Most UK ISPs
• GVTC Texas
• Cik Telecom – PQ & ON

In addition to ISPs blocking IPTV services, we have also noted that certain routers can block IPTV TV. Some of the known routers that may cause these issues are:

To bypass security measures imposed by these ISPs and routers, we recommend the following solutions:

For TalkTalk providers, the security feature is called HomeSafe, and you can disable it by following these steps:

• Log into My Account.
• Select My services from the menu bar.
• Choose View HomeSafe settings.
• Review the currently enabled/disabled options.
• Turn off the security by choosing “Switch Off” next to any of the three options.
• For Kids Safe, you may be prompted to confirm your choice to turn it off.

BT Security Bypass:

To disable BT security, follow these steps:

• Open your Web Browser and go to http://btbusinesshub.home to access the Hub Manager.
• Click on the Advanced Settings tab.

• Change your Security setting to WEP (64/40 bits).
